Hand polished to a smooth sheen by Mary Jurek's master artisans and joined with their signature hand-hammered stainless steel, this collection is the perfect blend of rustic appeal and luxury craftsmanship.

Small Spade knives are good for wedges and hard cheeses.
Narrow Plane knives are versatile, they are good for cutting semi-hard cheeses like Cheddar or Jack and soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert.
Flat Cheese knives are used for cutting soft crumbly cheese and shaving, chipping, and cubing firm cheeses.
