The collector's plates for true rock'n'roll fans. To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Rolling Stones, the porcelain manufacturer J.L Coquet presents this strictly limited "The Rolling Stones" collector plate set. The set consists of two "Hémisphère" plates ø 29 cm and two plates ø 21 cm, all with black rims in a lovingly designed collection box.
The centres of the plates are printed with the artwork of the "Sticky Fingers" and "Some Girls" albums. In combination with the iconic, matt-finished grooved décor of the "Hémisphère" collection, the plates look amazingly similar to real records. The sets are limited to 1962 pieces. Each set is numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
The elaborately designed set is full of surprises. Even the smallest details of the original album covers can be seen on the large plates. The zip on "Sticky Fingers" is additionally highlighted with a light relief and a touch of gold. The record labels on the smaller plates are so vividly rendered that one could mistake the imprinted centre holes for real. Even the protective foils between the plates bear the famous tongue logo.
Even if rules do not correspond to the spirit of rock'n'roll, these collector's plates are purely decorative objects and not suitable for serving food.
