RETURNS

At Julia Moss Designs, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are glad to accept returns of full-priced merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 5 days of the original purchase.

The following conditions apply:

1. Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt.

2. To complete your return, we require your original receipt. 

3. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it; unused, undamaged, original tags attached, unopened packaging, and the original receipt.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at info@juliamossdesigns.com and ship your item to Julia Moss Designs 647 Lake Street East, Wayzata MN 55391, United States with your original receipt. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
