Due to the design of our candle, we recommend placing the candle on top of a dish or plate to prevent wax from coming in contact with your surfaces.
Because all candles are 100% handmade, each candle will have minor imperfections by nature and color may slightly vary. Also, when you ordering a scented candle, the color of the candle may vary slightly from the palette. For this reason, little imperfections (such as small air bubbles) and irregularities may be expected, but do not affect the quality of the product.
Shipping methods are the estimated delivery days your order will take to deliver to your delivery address AFTER it has been picked up from our retail store. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping charges and times may vary.
We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EST will begin processing the same business day. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization.
