McInerney captures the spirit of the Avenue through the ages, from its glamorous heyday to its enduring appeal as a symbol of New York sophistication. The Introduction is written by Julie Satow, the author of the New York Times and USA Today bestselling “When Women Ran Fifth Avenue: Glamour and Power at the Dawn of American Fashion”, named an Amazon Best Book of 2024, a Best Book of 2024 by the Financial Times, and a Cosmopolitan Best Nonfiction Book of 2024.
