Ingredients:

Sugar, cocoa mass, caramel 12% (sugar, water, dextrose), cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, concentrated butter (MILK), glucose syrup, rice starch, potato starch, SOY lecithin (emulsifier), "fleur de sel" 0.05%, sea salt, glazing agents (Carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac, gum arabic), coloring foodstuffs (concentrates of radish, blackcurrant and apple, BARLEY malt extract) coloring: curcumin, “fleur de sel” sea salt, natural vanilla flavoring.

One of my secret haunts, Lundy Island in the Bristol Channel, takes its name from the Old Norse word for Puffin, and is an important breeding ground for these beautiful rare creatures. Collecting wild bird eggs is illegal, however The Chocolate Detective enthusiastically encourages the delectation of these exquisite, though not necessarily twitcher-accurate, chocolate eggs.
